In 2017, we kicked off our real estate journey with single-family rentals and rent-to-own homes. Like many investors, we didn’t start with a clear niche — we just knew we wanted to build something bigger than ourselves.

Craig DeMaere
Founder & Managing Partner
With a background in electrical engineering and over a decade of technical project experience, Craig brings an analytical mindset and a “get-it-done” approach to every acquisition and renovation. After launching his real estate journey in 2017, he transitioned from single-family investing into multifamily ownership — building a portfolio of over $22M across Alberta.
Craig manages deal sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, and oversees construction and property management teams across multiple cities. He also hosts local investor meetups and is known for his practical, no-fluff approach to real estate investing.

Operations & Community Engagement
Amber plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes — managing tenant communications, overseeing systems and operations, and helping create a supportive experience for both renters and investors.
She’s also the connector — whether it’s welcoming guests to events, fielding questions from partners, or simply keeping everything organized. Amber helps ensure that the business remains grounded, community-focused, and family- friendly.
